The Moroccan government and King have spent a lot of time and money in the PLAN AZUR and VISION 2010 to better Morocco's infrastructure to make it a desirable place for both tourists and for people to buy there second home. Weather

The weather in Morocco varies considerably depending on the area. In the north where we have most of our properties it is moderate throughout the year with pleasntly warm summers. In the south you have Marrakech and even further south the Sahara where the temperatures are extremely high.

Language

The official language is Moroccan Arabic which is slightly different of mainstream Arabic although most people speak would be able to speak and understand that too. French is spoken by about half of the population and English is spoken by some in the main touristic areas. You will find many Moroccans also speak Spanish along the northern coast.
